George L. Davis

George Davis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Davis Partners Group, with a particular focus on human capital management, including Board and CEO evaluation, succession planning and organizational effectiveness. His clients include both Global Fortune 500, Russell 2000 and private equity backed companies.

Previously, George served as Managing Partner and Executive Committee Member of Egon Zehnder International (EZI), the leading global executive search firm. During his 20 year tenure with EZI, he led both the CEO and Board practices, as well as serving as head of North America. Having helped to recruit more than 500 CEOs and Board Directors across a range of industries, George has served as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking guidance on a variety of critical management and boardroom issues, including succession planning, organizational effectiveness, strategy, and digital transformation.

Prior to founding Davis Partners Group, George led talent operations for MacAndrews & Forbes, a multi-billion privately-held holding company that includes such diverse businesses and Revlon, Harland Clarke, and RetailMeNot. Jay W. Ireland

Jay Ireland is a Senior Managing Director with Davis Partners Group, with a particular focus on operating management and operational excellence. He is a truly global executive who has held leadership positions in financial services, media, materials, project development and energy, and has deep experience in developing markets. His clients include multinational corporations, governments and private companies.

Jay spent 38 years with GE, serving as a Corporate Officer and driving financial, operational, and cultural change at a wide variety of businesses within the company. His many executive roles at GE include CEO of GE Asset Management, a global investment firm with $120B AUM, which he successfully guided through the 2008 financial crisis. As President of NBC Universal Stations, Jay led the operations of NBCU’s 10 television stations, network operations, and syndication business, as well as the Telemundo network and its 16 TV stations.

Prior to joining Davis Partners Group, Jay was CEO of GE Africa, where he expanded GE’s presence to 32 countries and grew revenue at an annual rate of 18% to nearly $4 billion. Jay was twice named Business Leader of the Year by Africa Investor (Ai) magazine and is a frequent speaker on topics of leadership, policy, and investment opportunities in emerging markets.

Paul F. Deninger

He has deep capital markets experience and, over the course of his career, has advised hundreds of companies on strategies for shareholder value creation. His clients include both public and private companies, and their investors.

Paul brings to Davis Partners Group over 30 years of experience as a CEO, Board Director, and banker. As a CEO, he grew Broadview International’s revenue sixfold, building the company into the leading independent M&A advisory firm serving the technology industry. As a banker at Broadview (Managing Director), Jefferies (Vice-Chairman), and Evercore (Senior Managing Director), Paul completed more than 150 M&A and financing transactions in nearly every sector of the technology industry. Paul’s 25 years of experience as Board Director at both public and private companies, coupled with his experience advising hundreds of boards as a banker, have made him an expert in Corporate Governance and Boardroom dynamics.

Prior to joining Davis Partners Group, Paul was a Senior Advisor to Evercore Partners. A recognized technology industry thought leader, he has been a keynote speaker in US, Europe, and Asia. He was previously a 14-year attendee at the World Economic Forum at Davos and a member of the US Treasury Task Force that led to the 2012 JOBS Act.

Laurie Stern

Laurie Stern is a Managing Director of Davis Partners Group, focusing on human capital management, strategic marketing, transformation, and organizational effectiveness. Her clients include Global Fortune 500, public benefit corporations and venture capital. She is a seasoned consultant combining abilities to think strategically, collaborate creatively to drive impact and unlock potential at all levels of an organization.

Prior to joining the Davis Partners Group, Laurie led numerous special projects for Boston Consulting Group around the world working with senior executive clients and firm leaders including the global functional practice leadership and North American marketing leadership. She was a critical team lead in designing and delivering the content and messaging for the firm’s flagship client knowledge event, Consilium@BCG, which earned the CEO’s Award for Innovation.

During her more than 25 years as a consultant and executive, Laurie has led multiple board level strategic planning efforts to drive growth and transformation. In addition, she has helped multiple boards evaluate and plan for leadership transition and succession and led national search efforts at key inflection points in the history of those organizations. She has led the design and delivery of executive conversations around driving corporate growth, innovation and transformation; countering disruption; developing leadership and talent; and accelerating organizational purpose.

David Daniels

Carlos Ponce

Carlos Ponce is a second-year student at Northeastern University in Boston. He is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at the D’amore Mckim School of Business with concentrations in finance and entrepreneurship. At Northeastern, Carlos is involved in the Entrepreneurs Club and is a lead instructor for Finance for the Community, a student organization that teaches financial literacy at Boston Public Schools. He previously has gained experience working an apprenticeship at Ernst & Young and working as a marketing intern for InMotion Personal Training. Carlos is a driven and forward-thinking individual who has excellent skills in research, analytics, and problem-solving.

Tiffany Tucker is the Chief Administrator of Davis Partners Group, focusing on support, tools & technology and organizational effectiveness. Her past experience has been supporting C-Level Executives at a Global Fortune 500 company, as well as in the Blockchain and Supply Chain industries, and private VIP clientele.

Prior to joining the Davis Partners Group, Tiffany has assisted many organizations with her extensive knowledge with Google, technology & apps, program set-up, communication & scheduling, travel planning, financial, contract management, project management, talent acquisition, social media, website administration, and streamlining complex processes.
